Chroma Rocks Jewelry specializes in creating delicate, yet powerful jewelry using traditional metalsmithing and wire wrapping techniques. The intent is to empower women to fearlessly live life on their own terms and embrace the qualities that make each person unique. Through the use of one-of-a-kind gemstones, a variety of colors, and unconventional designs, each piece exemplifies the mantra to be bold, be colorful, be unapologetic, and shine.
If you see something in the shop that you like, but are concerned about the metal used or just simply prefer it in a different color please send me a message. I would be happy to work with you to create the perfect piece!

PROCESSING TIME:
Processing time is the length of time it takes to prepare your order PRIOR to it being shipped. Current processing time: 1-3 business days.
TRACKING:
All domestic orders will receive a tracking number. International orders will receive a tracking number if your country is eligible.
LOST PACKAGES:
Domestic packages are not considered lost until 10 business days after shipment (30 business days for international).
Please contact me if you feel your package is lost. Refunds may only be given once a full investigation has been completed by myself and the post office. I appreciate your patience on this matter.

Due to the handmade nature of all items, please allow for slight variations in your order from the listing pictures. Unless noted in the listing, you will receive an item similar to the one listed.
Please also note that although every effort is made to photograph my items accurately, I cannot guarantee every monitor/screen will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise. Please contact me with any questions before purchasing.
▼ Care Instructions - Raw Brass & Sterling Silver
RAW BRASS will age and darken over time to a beautiful antique look. Feel free to let it age naturally! Otherwise, jewelry polish/polishing cloth intended to clean brass may be used to keep your items bright. Also, vinegar or ketchup can be used to remove tarnish by soaking or rubbing gently.
STERLING SILVER when unworn will darken over time. Wearing your jewelry regularly can help keep it bright. Jewelry polish/polishing cloth intended to clean silver may also be used to keep your items bright. Alternatively, try using baking soda. Make a paste with the powder & some water. Coat your jewelry with this mixture and gently polish off.
***After polishing, always rinse well with warm water. Dry completely before storing.
▼ Care Instructions - Plated Jewelry
PLATED JEWELRY will turn with time and wear. It is not recommended to sleep, swim, or sweat in your plated jewelry. Please store your gold plated separately from your silver plated as the different metals can cause each other to tarnish. Clean your items with warm water, mild soap, and a soft cloth. Dry completely before storing.

BRASS JEWELRY: The brass wire and chain I use are nickel-free. I cannot guarantee clasps and links are nickel-free. Please contact me if this is a problem and I can easily accommodate you.
STERLING JEWELRY: My sterling necklaces hang from stainless steel chain. Sterling is nickel free. Stainless steel is not. If this is a problem, please contact me and I can upgrade your chain to sterling at an additional cost.
My shop is smoke free, but dog friendly. I do not let my pup into my work room, however, dander travels very easily. If you have a dog allergy, please consider this before ordering.

CUSTOM ORDERS:
I love to do custom orders! Please contact me with your ideas or if you'd like me to modify an existing item for you. Full payment will be required prior to the actual creation of the item.
GIFT WRAPPING:
I do not currently offer gift wrapping. However, I would be happy to add a simple gift note with your order. Please include any gift note information in the "Note to Seller" when placing your order.
